Function:
    Set the pixel color to the predominant darker color. For example, if the image is black on yellow,
the pixel color would be set to black.
   
Menu Selection:
    Noise -> Set threshold Segmentation

Legend:
    0: The darker colors are set to black (ideal contrast)
    1: The darker colors are set to the lower predominant colors

Screen: Checking the "Low Color" "Real" checkbox sets the % ThresholdLowReal to 1
