Function:
    Set the pixel color to the predominant light color. For example, if the image is black on yellow,
the pixel color would be set to yellow.    

Menu Selection:
    Noise -> Set Threshold Segmentation

Legend:
    0: The lighter colors are set to white (ideal contrast)
    1: The lighter colors are set to predominant lighter colors

Screen: Checking the "High Color" "Real" checkbox sets the %ThresholdHighReal to 1
